Just wanted to tell you that that was the first time I've heard the sephardic melodies and I thank you for posting that. In fact I love your whole blog. My being half russian jew, and half african american makes for a sometimes lonely vantage point. It's lovely to know you are out there.

Hi Cady. Thanks for your comment. You are definately not alone. There are a number of us mixies out there. If you get a chance you should check out the Mixed Chicks Chat. It is a podcast about racially and culturally mixed. I have been on their show 3 times.
